The purpose of this contract is to have a service provider insure:
The control of emptiness and the sweeping of:
- internal and external flues
- housing shunts,
- ventilation ducts,
- heating flues.
The sweeping of boilers:
- mechanical,
- conservative,
- chemical.
The removal of soot.
Maintenance and cleaning of facilities of:
- Controlled mechanical ventilation (VMC),
- Natural ventilation in rehabilitation (VNR).
Work outside the scope of the contract:
- uncorking,
- denidification,
- cleaning,
- leak tests,
- prospecting by camera and videography,
- construction building work,
- work by the hour.
