The purpose of the consultation is to entrust insurance brokers with investment advice and management services (production, claims and prevention) of the following guarantees: Lot 1 "Automotive"; Lot 2 "Financial lines".

The La Poste Group's data processing must imperatively be located within the European Union (EU), a country of the European Economic Area, or a country recognized as adequate by the EU. The consultation package that will be sent to the selected providers will specify the elements related to this requirement.

Lot 1 "Automotive" includes all brokerage services for the insurance and assistance of the La Poste Group's land motor vehicles worldwide (cars, handling equipment, trailers, mopeds, etc.), as well as the vehicles of employees on assignment for the needs of La Poste SA and its subsidiaries located in metropolitan France and the French overseas departments and territories. The fleet, all categories combined, represents about 67000 vehicles.

The brokers will have to ensure on behalf of the La Poste Group the competition for the placement of the associated insurance policies.

The maximum of the framework agreement is set at €2,000,000, over the total duration of the framework agreement, including renewal periods.

The "Financial lines" lot includes all of La Poste Group's financial risk insurance services (cyber, fraud and civil liability for financial activities, IOBSP and other legal insurance obligations related to bancassurance activities, etc.) for the needs of La Poste SA and all its subsidiaries located worldwide.

The brokers will have to ensure on behalf of the La Poste Group the competition for the placement of the associated insurance policies.

The maximum of the framework agreement is set at €1,500,000, over the total duration of the framework agreement, including renewal periods.
