That is, the implementation of an optical control recording system that allows the automatic and permanent identification of vehicles, with autonomous capture units, to be able to capture the license plates of all vehicles and have an alert system for vehicles of police interest that facilitates the proactive intervention of the local police and the reactive investigation against criminal acts, as well as a system of traffic cameras that help the local police to assess the different situations of environment in strategic points of the municipality of Castelló d'Empúries.

The system must allow full management, including corrective and evolutionary maintenance of all mobility and road safety environments and systems, as well as having the capacity to grow and adapt easily to new technological environments and solutions in the field of road safety and mobility.
