The subject of the contract is the collection and development service through the recovery or disposal of mixed municipal waste and segregated waste from properties located within the municipality of Rybno where residents reside from the Selective Waste Collection Point, supply of containers and bags for handling single-family housing and containers and containers for handling PSZOK in a way that achieves recycling levels, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transmitted to storage according to the records:

- Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Climate of 3 August 2021 on how to calculate levels of preparation for the reuse of municipal waste. (OJ of 2021, item 1530)
- the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the weight-reduction levels of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage and how to calculate the weight reduction level of such waste (Journal of Laws 2017, item 2412),
- Resolution of the Sejmik of the Mazowiecki Voivodeship No 3/19 of 22 January 2019 on the enactment of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Masovian Voivodeship 2024, together with annexes
- in accordance with the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Rybno, applicable during the duration of the contract.
