Supplies of single and two-beam stimulators with fixtures, electrodes, introductors listed and described in Items 1 to 4 of the Price Form, Annex No 1 to SWZ, with technical parameters set out in Annex 1 and Annex Nos 4.5 to 4.7 to SWZ.

Supplies of repair accessories: dynamometric screwdrivers with seal cap and hexagonal wrench M2 wrench, closed electrode protection caps, IS1 and DF1 socket caps, cardiac stimulator magnets listed and described in headings 1 to 4 of the form price — Annex No 1 to SWZ.

Supply of long T-shirt introductors for the introduction of electrodes listed and described in item 1 of the price form — Annex 1 to SWZ.

Supplies of equipment for performing the Hisa bunch stimulation procedure: stimulating electrodes, introductory catheters, scissors, treatment cables listed and described in headings 1 to 5 of the price form — Annex 1 to SWZ, with technical parameters set out in Annex No 1, and Annexes 4.8 to SWZ.
