Supply of electricity (hereinafter referred to as "EE") for recipients from the Opolskie and Śląskie voivodships, who on 06.02-30.04.2019, authorized the Commune of Kędzierzyn-Kożle to jointly conduct the proceedings and award a public contract for the supply of electricity in 2020 to facilities managed by units of the public finance sector from the Opolskie and Śląskie voivodships.
The scope of the contract:
1. Supply of electricity (hereinafter referred to as "EE") for recipients from the Opolskie and Śląskie voivodships, who on 06.02-30.04.2019 authorized the Commune of Kędzierzyn-Koźle to jointly conduct the proceedings and award a public contract for the supply of electricity in the year 2020 to facilities managed by units of the public finance sector from the Opolskie and Śląskie voivodships. The order includes the demand for EE for objects administered by:
- municipal offices and municipal organizational units,
- poviat starostwo and poviat organizational units,
- cultural institutions,
- local government legal entities,
- other units of the public finance sector.
2. The order covered 2593 EE collection points supplying buildings, premises, utility objects, street lighting, traffic lights and water supply, sewage and heating installations.
These objects, their administrators and EE collection points are described in detail in Annex 5 to the SIWZ_Zapotrzebowanie for electricity_ List of electricity consumers and a description of electricity consumption points, published in electronic version on the Employer's website: http://przetargi.kedzierzynkozle.pl/ constituting an integral part of the SIWZ.
3. The annual demand for electricity was set at 61 673 444.09 kWh. This is an approximate value, see point 7.
4. The breakdown by type of tariffs is included in Annex 6 to SIWZ_Bilance of demand for EE according to tariffs.
5. Before concluding a specific contract or during its validity, the Ordering Party reserves the right to choose a different tariff than currently applicable for a given EE collection point (shown in Annex No. 5 to the ToR), provided that the requirements of the Distribution System Operator (DSO) are met.
6. On the basis of a general contract concluded by the Ordering Party with the selected Contractor (EE supplier), specific contracts will be concluded by individual facility administrators in which individual EE collection points are located.
7. Determining the expected consumption of electricity is an element only to determine the value of the contract and does not constitute the Employer's obligation to purchase electricity in the quantities specified.
8. Every recipient specified in Annex 7 to SIWZ_Wykaz of contracting entities, independently concludes an individual contract for the distribution of electricity.
