The objective of this invitation tender is to enter into an agreement for the purchase of e-books to cover the needs of students and employees at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences (henceforth referred to as INN University). The tender is divided into 2 separate sections and we aim to enter into contract(s) for each of the parts.
