The subject of the contract is the collection and recovery of waste with the code 19 12 04 waste resulting from the sieving of waste 19 12 12 – other waste(including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 in the amount up to 4000 Mg, resulting from waste with the code 20 03 01 – mixed municipal waste, originating from Czysta Region Sp. z o. o. in Kędzierzyn-Koźle. The order will be executed successively from the date of signing the contract until October 15, 2023 up to a total quantity of 4000 Mg in accordance with the attached schedule specifying the minimum weekly collections.
