1. The object of the contract is the provision of a service including the maintenance of rainwater drains in the territory of the city of Sosnow Proceedings are organized with a split into two parts. In Annex 3 to SWZ, the Contracting Authority indicated the area range for Part 1 and Part 2 of the order. The Contractor may submit a bid for any part or for both parts in aggregate. The Contracting Authority will enter into two separate contracts for each of the parts.
2. For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Annex 3 of the SWZ.
3. The Contracting Authority provides for the award of a contract pursuant to Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law Pzp, which involves the repetition of similar services.
4. The scope of the like contract shall include: the services indicated in Annex 3 to SWZ, point I, section 1 to 11, taking into account the unit prices contained in the submitted tender.
