RDW in Hrubieszów. Delivery of signs, marking elements, road safety devices with installation.
Execution of vertical lighting for pedestrians at the provincial road No. 846 in the town of Wojsławice.
a) All materials and elements of the installation must have appropriate certificates allowing for use in construction, approvals, declarations, etc. The contractor carries out commissioning of individual installations, provides instructions or DTRs and guarantees proper operation for all performed works and delivered elements
b) Prefabricated foundations type F-100 are intended for the foundation of lighting poles. The foundations must be made of reinforced concrete class C25/30 with appropriate channels for the introduction of cables. Depending on the size, the foundations are made in a version of a uniform concrete block or are divided and screwed with screws. Depending on the specific location conditions and the type of groundwater, corrosion protection should be carried out.
c) for road lighting use light sources and luminaires meeting the requirements of PN-83/E-06305. Luminaires should be characterized by a wide light distribution. For operational reasons, luminaires with a closed structure, the degree of protection against external influences of the lamp chamber min. IP 54 and protection class II.
Luminaire components such as the optical system and body should be made of stainless materials. Luminaires should be stored in rooms with a temperature not lower than -5oC and relative air humidity not exceeding 80% and in packages compliant with PN-86/O-79100 The luminaire is to be made in LED technology with a power of min. 34 W ,
Luminaire stream min. 3600lm for right-hand traffic using asymmetric lenses. Housing lens made of material with a impact coefficient of min. CI 8. The luminaire can be mounted on a horizontal boom and vertically on a pole with a diameter of 42 – 60 mm. Housing body made of high-pressure powder coated aluminium. The luminaire must be able to adjust vertically in relation to the illuminated plane in the range of -15° to +15°C,
d) Poles should carry loads resulting from the suspension of luminaires and booms and wind pressure for wind zones II and III, in accordance with PN-75/E-05100 In the lower part, the poles should have one recess closed with a door.
(e) Booms shall be made of seamless steel tubes. The wall thickness of the pipe should be 4mm. The boom arm inclined at an angle of 15 degrees from the horizontal, and their outreach should allow illumination of both the access to the crossing and the entire pedestrian crossing. Booms should be protected against corrosion with a galvanized coating. Storage of booms on the construction site in a dry and protected place.
f) The kit must have a controller capable of transmitting the energy obtained from the photovoltaic panel and the wind turbine to the batteries and luminaire. The hybrid kit must have a twilight sensor enabling automatic switching on and off of the set. The sensor must be powered by direct current with a voltage of up to 12-24V. Control and programming should be carried out using an infrared remote control. Cables used for connecting the control cabinet with the luminaires of the devices should meet the requirements of PN-74/E-90184. Cables with a rated voltage of 750V, multicore cables with copper conductors in PVC insulation and a conductor cross-section of not less than 2.5 mm2 should be used.
(g) The power supply system shall comprise:
- battery mounted in the ground min. 180Ah with voltage up to 12V – 1 pc.
- wind turbine with a capacity of min. 250W. The turbine must have a brake protecting against damage that activates when the wind speed is too high – 1 pc.
- photovoltaic panels with a capacity of min. 190W – 2 pcs.
h) Grounding should be carried out in the lower part of the foundation excavation using a rod ground plunged diameter. 14.2 mm. Connect the bar earthing to the column using a galvanized cooper FeZn 25x4mm. The galvanized cooper should meet the requirements of PN-67/H-92325.
3. Transport and unloading of the subject of the contract shall be provided by the Contractor.
