The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide third-party application maintenance services for Angular/Java/Kafka technology applications of the Conseil d'État, administrative courts and the national asylum court.

Single Attribute Framework Agreement which consists of:

— Section 1: initialization of benefits,

— Section 2: Support for application maintenance,

- section 3: standard maintenance,

- section 4: scalable and adaptive maintenance,

- section 5: development of the back-documentation of an application,

— section 6: reversibility, as well as comitology (steering committee, project committee and workshops).

Multi-Attribute Framework Agreement to select, through a subsequent contract, a licensee for a given application. It is broken down as follows:
