The procurement services of the City of Turku's Group administration are asking for tenders for disposable tableware, cutlery, cling film, baking papers, various casseroles, storage and packaging materials and portion boxes compatible with box sealing devices for the municipality of Masku and Naantali, Salo and the City of Turku for the period 1.5.2023 (target) - 30.4.2025, after which the contract can be extended on the original terms for one (1) + one (1) year for the periods 1.5.2025 - 30.4.2026 and 1.5.2026 - 30.4.2027 (option). Options are about the Subscriber's right and not an obligation.

The procurement is divided into ten (10) sub-areas as follows:

Sub-area 4 Pouch products: Plastic bags, paper bags, extruder bags and vacuum bags

Subdivision 5 Comple (TP16 and TP11) Dose boxes, sealing films and foil laminate and other food packaging materials compatible with box sealing devices

Subdivision 6 Duniform DF 20 Sealing Box and Sealing Membranes Compatible with Sealing Device

Subdivision 7 Pastry boxes, cake boxes and transport boxes and seasonal products

Subdivision 8 Baking pans and capsules and pastry cardboards, long-form cardboards, cake papers, pastry papers

Subdivision 9 Aluminium pans and foil pans with carton lids

Subdivision 10 Aluminium pans and foil pans with transparent lids

The acquisition is subject to a framework agreement in all aspects with one (1) Vendor for which one (1) deputy supplier is selected. The replacement supplier will be used if the primary supplier is not sufficient or its supply does not meet the need for procurement.

The municipality of Masku and the City of Salo and the City of Turku participate in this area.

The City of Salo has a contract valid for 1/1 GN of casserole paper until 31.12.2024, the contract has options for 2025 and 2026. For this product, the contract of the City of Salo will not begin until the 1/1 GN contract for the city of Salo's casserole paper has ended. (contract period and possible options).

For this product, the contract of the City of Salo will not begin until the contract for the 2-liter biodegradable food sample bag of the City of Salo has expired. For this subdivision, the contract of the City of Salo does not begin until the contract of the City of Salo for this subdivision has expired (contract period and possible options).
