Delivery under an operating lease of a brand new truck of the type: two-chamber garbage truck.
A detailed description of the lease is set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ “Description of the Subject of the Order” (OPZ). The technical and performance parameters specified in the annexes to this specification are required. Not having any parameter gives grounds for the Ordering Party to reject the offer.
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and transfer to the Ordering Party for paid use under the operating lease agreement for agreed leasing installments, during the term of the leasing agreement, from the date of signing the protocol of receipt of the leased object:
a brand new two-chamber garbage truck;

2.. Lease requirements and conditions
1) Delivery of the complete leased object, consistent with the description of the subject of the contract, contained in Annex 8 to the SWZ entitled "Description of the Subject of the Order" (OPZ), to the headquarters of the Ordering Party (PUK in Hajnówka, 4 Łowcza Street)
2) Operating lease, with the option of redemption by the Ordering Party, for 1% of the net value of the leased object, after the end of the lease agreement, after the termination of the lease agreement, provided that he pays all receivables under the leasing agreement.
3) Providing financing in the form of an operating lease on the following terms:
a) initial rent (initial fee): 100,000 net + VAT,
b) 47 monthly leasing installments: payable each time by the 25th day of the month, on the basis of VAT invoices to the bank account indicated by the Contractor, in variable installments calculated on the basis of the 1M variable rate WIBOR, in force on the last day of the month preceding the date of payment of a given installment, by
the entire leasing period, whereby all installments will be payable in subsequent monthly periods, in accordance with the repayment schedule of lease installments provided by the Contractor;
c) residual value (redemption): 1% of the net value of the subject of the contract.
