The open procedure is divided into four lots, each of which is aimed at concluding a framework agreement, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, letter a), of Legislative Decree 50/2016, with several economic operators for the assignment of the recovery service and related transport of waste better identified in the performance specifications (by road, by train, by ship or mixed) at authorized plants located at national and Community level.
