The subject of the contract is “The granting and servicing of a long term gold loan in the amount of PLN 18.600.000.00”. Loan period: from the date of signing the contract until 31 December 2027. Interest repayment for the period: from the date of application of the loan until 31.12.2021r (inclusive) payable until 31.12.2021. Other interest payable on an ongoing basis including capital by Schedule. Detailed description of the item of the order according to Chapter XIV of the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is “The granting and servicing of a long term gold loan in the amount of PLN 18.600.000.00”.

2. The amount of credit: 18.600.000,00 zł

3. Launch of the loan within the deadline: from the date of signing the contract.

4. Loan period: from the date of signing the contract until 31 December 2027.

5. Repayment of interest for the period: from the date of application of the loan until 31.12.2021. (inclusive) payable until 31.12.2021. Other interest payable on an ongoing basis including capital by Schedule.

6. Capital installments will be repaid in accordance with the following schedule:

(a) In 2022 in 11 equal installments of PLN 83.000,00 payable between January 2022r. and November 2022. (until the last working day of each month) and 1 installment of 87.000.00 PLN payable until the last working day of December 2022.

(b) In 2023 in 11 equal installments of PLN 83.000.00 payable between January 2023 and November 2023. (until the last working day of each month) and 1 installment of 87.000.00 PLN payable until the last working day of December 2023.

c) In 2024 in 12 equal installments of PLN 250,000,00 payable between January 2024 and December 2024. (until the last business day of each month)

d) In 2025 in 11 equal installments of PLN 333,000.00 payable between January 2025 and November 2025. (up to the last working day of each month) and 1 installment of

337.000,00 PLN payable until the last working day of December 2025r

e) In 2026 in 11 equal installments of PLN 366.000,00 payable between January 2026 and November 2026. (until the last working day of each month) and 1 installment of PLN 374,000.00 payable until the last working day of December 2026.

(f) In 2027 in 11 equal installments after PLN 433,000,00 payable between January 2027 and November 2027. (until the last working day of each month) and 1 installment of 437,000.00 PLN payable until the last working day of December 2027.

7. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reschedule the repayment of capital installments and interest without incurring any additional charges.
