1. The subject of the order is delivery for the National Forum of Music Witold Lutosławski in Wroclaw, the transport boxes described below for lighting devices owned by the Employer. The delivery of the subject of the contract should be understood as the delivery of the above items to the Employer's headquarters or to the place indicated by the Employer.

2. In particular, the contract shall include the delivery of the following crates:

a) Casy (SS type transport packaging) for 2 Vari Lite VL 1100 devices - 2 pieces;

b) Casy (SS type transport packaging) for a single Vari Lite VL 3015 LT Spot device - 6 pieces;

c) Casy (SS type transport packaging) for a single Vari Lite VL 3515 Spot device - 12 pieces;

d) Cases (SS type transport packaging) for 2 Vari Lite VLX devices - 4 items;

e) Cases (SS type transport packaging) for 4 DTS Max devices - 3 items;

f) Cases (SS type transport packaging) for 2 Martin Quantum Profile devices - 4 pieces;

g) Casy (SS type transport packaging) for 2 Martin Quantum Wash devices - 4 pieces;

h) Cases (SS type transport packaging) for 4 Philips Selecon PL CYC 2 RGBW devices - 4 pieces;

i) Casy (SS type transport packaging) for DMX cables - 1 item;

j) Casy (SS type transport packaging) for power cables - 1 item;

k) Casy (SS type transport packaging) for PowerCon power cables and distributors - 1 item;

l) Cases (SS type transport packaging) for power cables - 1 item.

3. The minimum warranty period for the above devices should be min. 24 months from the date of final acceptance of the device.
