The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on the hire of a bridge lift with crew for main inspections of bridges in the Central Region. The objective of the procurement is that the Contracting Authority shall carry out numerous bridge inspections in the Central Region, which require a bridge lift with crew to inspect the heights and under the bridge deck. The service shall be carried out in the period: from signing of the contract to 31.12.2018. The list of bridges in Møre og Romsdal, Sør-Trøndelag and Nord-Trøndelag that require a bridge lift for planned main inspections, will be enclosed with the tender documentation in Annex 1-3. The bridge lists are not exhaustive. The Contracting Authority has the option to extend the agreement for 1 year + 1 year, so that the total possible length of the agreement is 4 years. For this procurement, a contract will be signed with 1 tenderer.

The scope of the contract is:

The service shall be performed in the period: from signing of the contract to 31.12.2018.

The number of bridges to be inspected in 2017-2020 is geographically distributed as follows:

Møre og Romsdal: 60 in 2017, 41 in 2018, 64 in 2019 and 43 in 2020.

Sør Trøndelag: 32 in 2017, 15 in 2018, 18 in 2019 and 25 in 2020.

Nord Trøndelag: 9 in 2017, 3 in 2018, 4 in 2019 and 10 in 2020.

The list of bridges in Møre og Romsdal, Sør-Trøndelag and Nord-Trøndelag that require a bridge lift for planned main inspections, will be enclosed with the tender documentation in Annex 1-3. The bridge lists are not exhaustive, and the tenderer must expect changes regarding the scope of objects to be inspected.

Options:

The Contracting Authority has a further option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year, thus the total possible contract length is 4 years.
