Takeover and recycling of paper, cardboard and cardboard (PPK) including operation of a takeover point for the Kommunale Betriebe Rödermark.
As the public waste disposal authority for the area of the city of Rödermark, the client awards the contract for the takeover and recycling of paper, cardboard and cardboard (PPK) including the operation of a pick-up point, which may not be located further than 40 km from the Ober-Roden town hall, Dieburger Straße 13-17, 63322 Rödermark.
Both the municipal PPK share (66.5% by mass) and the share of packaging waste subject to licensing (33.5% by mass) of the operators of dual systems (BdS) will be put out to tender. The customer makes use of his right to joint use granted in accordance with Section 22 (4) of the Packaging Act (VerpackG). It is currently unclear whether and to what extent the dual systems will demand the surrender of the proportion of the volume attributable to them over the term of the contract.
Therefore, for valuation purposes, the client assumes that half of the mass share of the PPK sales packaging will be recycled (16.75% by mass) and that BdS will assert a claim for restitution for the other half (16.75% by mass).
The service includes the transshipment, acceptance, transport and handling of 1,800 Mg PPK per year at the transfer point to be set up, as well as the recycling of 1,499 Mg PPK.
