The contract to be awarded is defined as follows:

- providing ICT Hardware for end users, including in any case laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, tablets and network components (to the extent not provided by the it service provider of KPOA and Meerkring);

- providing accessories for the ICT Hardware (mice, keyboards, monitors, etc.);

- the optional unpacking and working delivery of ICT Hardware and taking the packaging material with you.

The Client has the option to purchase orders of separate accessories such as keyboards, mice and earphones from third parties.

The size of the assignment is €900,000, - including VAT over a period of four years. No rights can be derived from this amount.
