1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of sets of photovoltaic installations in the territory of the municipality of Niemce, including, inter alia:

1) delivery and installation of 169 pcs of photovoltaic installations with a power of min. 3.42 kW, in 169 indicated locations;

2) delivery and installation of 185 pcs of photovoltaic installations with a power of min. 4.18 kW, in 185 indicated locations;

3. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of sets of photovoltaic installations in the territory of the municipality of Niemce, including inter alia:

1) delivery and installation of 169 pcs of photovoltaic installations with a power of min. 3.42 kW, in 169 indicated locations;

2) delivery and installation of 185 pcs of photovoltaic installations with a power of min. 4.18 kW, in 185 indicated locations;

3) Installation made on the basis of modules photovoltaic monocrystalline panels with a power of min. 380 W;

4) assembly of support structures of photovoltaic modules,

5) installation of photovoltaic panels on the structure,

6) installation of solar wiring between modules and inverter,

7) execution of the main installation to connect the inverter to the main switchboard of the building

8) Installation of RDC circuit switchgear,

9) assembly of the inverter,

10) installation of RAC switchgear switchgear circuits,

11) performance of anti-shock protection,

12) performance of surge protection,

13) test, measurement, adjustment and technological start-up of the installation,

14) execution of abbreviated as-built documentation for each project participant and complete as-built documentation for the Ordering Party (approvals, guarantees, operating instructions, executive projects, a set of electrical measurements, a set of documents for changing the meter, documentation received from Ordering Party with corrections applied in red),

15) connection to the network PGE Distribucja S.A. together with the preparation of a set of documents and notification of installation,

16) training Users in the proper operation of the completed installations,

17. drawing up service instructions containing the necessary information on how to proceed in the event of unexpected errors in the installation,

18) programming and commissioning of the installation,

19) supplement possible defects of walls, ceilings, sealing of roofing material after conducting passages,

20) other elements included in Annex 8 to the SWZ (design documentation) and the contract model annex 7 to the SWZ).

4. The Ordering Party requires that the installation is not longer than 3 working days following each other within one location.

5. For the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to perform all service operations required by the suppliers of the assembled equipment (services, reviews, etc.) in order to maintain the manufacturer's warranty.

6. The Contractor of each task shall provide warrants and guarantees for the work performed for a period of not less than 3 years and not more than 5 years from the date of signing by the Contractor and the Contractor of the final receipt protocol (the warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating tenders described in Chapter XVIII SWZ).

7. The order must be executed, inter alia, in accordance with the technical documentation annex/annexes No 8 to the SWZ.

8. The equipment and fittings installed during the execution of the order must be factory new, consistent with the parameters specified in the technical documentation.

9. The implementation of the subject of the contract should be carried out on the basis of applicable provisions, in particular the Law of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1333 as amended), together with implementing regulations, by the Contractor having relevant experience, executive potential and having persons with relevant experience and qualifications.

10. The materials used by the Contractor should correspond, as to quality, to the requirements of products authorised for marketing and use in construction, as defined in Article 10 of the Law of 7 July 1994 Construction Law.

11. The execution of the object of the contract and commissioning must also comply with all legal acts applicable to the subject of the contract, with technical and construction regulations, applicable Polish standards, guidelines and technical knowledge rules.
