The subject of the advertised services is the event service / evening service in the Pierre Boulez Saal and in other rooms of the Barenboim-Said Academy.

The subject of the advertised services is the event service / evening service in the Pierre Boulez Saal and in other rooms of the Barenboim-Said Academy.

The contractor is responsible for the event service / evening service with variable operating times and the main areas of activity described below:

1. Services Service staff, divided into:

- cloakroom service,

- admission service,

- Other services (including active program booklet sales or distribution, allocation of seats, provision of information, assembly and dismantling).

2. Services evening service, subdivided into the discussion, coordination and implementation of the respective events as well as organization, control, processing, fulfillment and documentation of all services.

Basically, a scope of services of approx. 120 events per season / season (approx. 15 events per month) is to be covered. The contractor must be available for at least 25 events per month. If the Pierre Boulez Saal is fully occupied, an evening service supervisor and 20 service employees must be provided for each event. The actual number of service staff to be deployed is determined individually for each event, depending on the expected workload. The client does not guarantee a minimum number of events per season / season / year / month.

The contract is initially concluded for four years and can be extended by the contracting authority for a further year at most twice.
