The following main elements are included in the contract:
— Basic IT operations,
— Application operation,
— Communication (not access),
— Service desk,
— Technical IT advice connected to IT operational services,
— IT equipment.
The service provider is to be present in the Contracting Authority's premises in Trondheim at least 1 fixed day a week. In addition, it shall be possible to agree additional days, if needed.
Trondheim Havn currently procures IT operational services and IT equipment from an external service provider. The aim of the procurement is to continue with the current services and the current service level for IT operational services and IT equipment. The delivery is to reflect this.
