The subject of the contract is the selection of a contractor for the implementation of services: shunting, unloading, fuel storage, carburizing of heating plants, waste records with the code 100101-slags, ashes and dust from boilers - in Heating Plant South at ul. 7 Żelazna and in the Heating Plant North at ul. Holszańska 3 in Radom, the scope of which has been described in detail in the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract ("Terms of Reference"): in Part I - Instructions for Contractors and in Part II of the Terms of Reference - Agreement (template) with Annexes.

1.1. The heating plant Południe TCI includes:

a) Provision of shunting services at the railway siding RADPEC South TC I at ul. Żelazna 7 in Radom,

b) Provision of unloading services from "Fals" self-unloading wagons or from "Ea" type coal wagons on the railway siding RADPEC Południe TC I at ul. Żelazna 7 in Radom,

c) Provision of fuel storage services - coal dust at the coal yard in the Heating Plant South TC I at ul. Żelazna 7 in Radom,

d) Provision of carburizing services at the Heating Plant South at ul. Żelazna 7 in Radom,

e) Management of combustion waste from combustion in the Heating Plant South TC I at ul. Żelazna 7 in Radom.

f) Taking over the obligations regarding the recording of waste with the code 100101 - slags, ashes and dust from boilers (keeping record cards and waste transfer cards) in the BDO system for Heating South.

1.2. The TC TC Heat Plant includes:

a) Provision of maneuvering services at the "Old Wola" North TC II railway siding at ul. Holszańska 3 in Radom,

b) Provision of unloading services from the "Ea" type coal wagons at the railway siding "Stara Wola" North TC II at ul. Holszańska 3 in Radom,

c) Provision of fuel storage services - coal dust at the coal yard in Heating Plant North TC II at ul. Holszańska 3 in Radom,

d) Provision of carburizing services at the Heating Plant North TC II at ul. Holszańska 3 in Radom,

e) Management of combustion waste from combustion in the Heating Plant North TC II at ul. Holszańska 3 in Radom.

f) Taking over the obligations regarding the recording of waste with the code 100101-slags, ashes and dust from boilers (keeping record cards and waste transfer cards) in the BDO system for the Heating Plant North.
