The selected Supplier will provide an optimum solution to the ERC’s printing challenges and be expected to deliver printed products according to agreed and often tight deadlines.

The service requirements will include printing of:

1. Test Department Documents: The print requirements for the Test Department can be categorised as follows - Test Booklets - Manuals and Answer Sheets & Scoring Tools.

2. Research Centre Documents: The print requirements for the Research Centre can be categorised as follows - Test Booklets - Manuals - Journals & Reports - Questionnaires - Other (e.g. letters, instructions etc.) and Envelopes

3. Ad Hoc Printing Requests: There may be a requirement for other types of documents, such as posters, business cards, compliment slips, letter headings etc.
