Open procedure for the assignment of technical services related to engineering and architecture related to the feasibility study, final and executive design, safety coordination during the design and execution and works supervision for the intervention “Renovation of the municipal building in Via Dante”

Currently, the activities of the institution suffer from excessive fractionation, in fact, the municipal offices are located in 4 different locations with consequent and obvious disruptions as well as managerial inefficiencies maintenance and operation.

The multi-purpose complex of Via Dante is developed around a rectangular courtyard and houses in the basement the library, on the mezzanine floor several offices of the Social Services, the upper levels are in disuse while the north wing of the building houses the civic music school, finally the northeast side of the courtyard, in addition to the access to the courtyard itself, has two buildings, one in the warehouse and the other of 2 levels above ground that is now decommissioned.

It is the intention of the municipal administration as part of its program of rationalization and enhancement of the municipal heritage, to proceed with the merging of the functions in the building in Via Dante administrative through the recovery of unused spaces and at the same time with the rationalization and a flexible distribution of offices focused on a careful study of back/front - office spaces as well as internal paths that make the structure more accessible to users.

The goal is to create a large hub of services to the community, modern and efficient, that meets the requirements of energy sustainability, technological equipment in line with today's needs. mainly in the field of communications and the use of innovative materials.
