Management and publication of proceedings: design, support and services associated with the implementation of IT solutions

This consultation concerns the provision of IT solutions aimed at dematerializing the management and publication of the deliberations and acts of Roannais Agglomeration and several entities that are members of the joint service of the Department of Digital Transition and Information Systems (Dtnsi). All the services requested are set out in the CCTP, the Bpu and the Dpgf.The Framework Agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be allocated separately. The services are paid for by unit and lump sum prices

Acquisition of an online publication solution for proceedings
