Part 2: service of printing questionnaires for the diagnosis of personality and emotional-social functioning, 1.3. Part 3: Folder printing service. 4. The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract for Part 1 is the printing of a set of books (textbooks and post-diagnostic materials), including: 1 (one) scientific textbook (in a circulation of 1500 copies), 1 (one) diagnostician's manual (in a circulation of 1500 copies), 19 (nineteen) books with lesson plans (in a circulation of 1500 copies), 10 (ten) books with games and activities (in a circulation of 1500 copies), in accordance with OPZ constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ to Part 1.

The subject of the contract for Lot 2 is the printing of questionnaires (106 questionnaires, including 82 black and white questionnaires (a total of 450 pages) and 24 questionnaires in colour (a total of 270 pages) and 8 tables of contents (colour) – in a circulation of 1500 copies, in accordance with the OPZ constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ for Part 2

The subject of the contract for Part 3 is the printing of 8 folders with printing x 1500 packages (12,000 folders in total), in accordance with the OPZ constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ for Part 3
