ile-De-France mobilités confers on the Agent, under the contract, a mandate for the real estate management of the built and unbuilt properties defined below.this mandate falls within the framework of Article 40 of Law 2014-1545 of 20 December 2014, Decree 2016-544 of 3 May 2016 and the instruction of the DGFIP of 8 August 2016 - nOR: FCPE1624072j published in the BOFIP-GCP under the reference 16-0012 of 01/09/2016, which govern the mandate agreements concluded by public establishments.This contract is intended for both private and public operators whose mission is regulated by the provisions of Law No. 70-9 of 2 January 1970, its implementing decree No. 72-678 of 20 July 1972 and the texts supplementing or modifying it. In this case, the Agent is able to provide all the services defined below, under cover of professional indemnity insurance, civil liability insurance, the holding of the "property management" professional card and a guarantee fund covering all the funds held by the Agent on behalf of the Principal (rents, royalties, occupancy allowances, charges and accessories subject to this mandate, funds called by the Agent to the Principal in respect of annual expenditure), at all times and over the entire duration of the mandate.The Agent shall ensure the asset management of real estate entrusted within the framework of this public contract.
