The acquired solution will be used to manage Yle's equipment, such as cameras, lighting equipment and various peripherals, such as cables or monitors, that Yle users can search for and reserve through the solution. The solution must also be able to manage equipment stock levels, draw up maintenance plans and inventory them.
The system will be integrated into Yle's existing systems. Integrations enable the import of user data, the import of project data from the planning system as part of the reservation information and the entry of the costs of reservations into the planning system, as well as the import of new fixed assets from the financial system and the updating of maintained data back into the financial system.

The estimated value of the acquisition for four years (including option) is approximately EUR 600,000. The value of the acquisition includes all costs related to the service, from the System implementation project to the integrations and migrations defined in the description, as well as the possible implementation of the option.
