The subject of the contract is the performance of the investment task entitled "Construction of residential pavilion C with accompanying infrastructure in the Prison in Czarne" in the design and build formula.

The scope of the subject of the contract is defined by the Functional and Utility Program entitled "Construction of the penitentiary pavilion C with accompanying infrastructure in the Prison in Czarne", developed at the request of the Prison in Czarne by TP-PROJEKT Biuro Projektów i Obsługi Inwestycji Tomasz Pałka, Eng., Wodociągowa 3b/5, 78-400 Szczecinek with attachments, hereinafter referred to as PFU. The scope of the task includes m.in: 1) execution of design work; 2) demolition of the existing accommodation building of inmates C with partly brick and partly metal construction (combined metal containers); 3) in place of the demolished building, the construction of a new pavilion C for accommodation of inmates for 260 people; (a) pavements and internal roads; (b) internal fencing of the pavilion;

The scope of the subject of the contract is defined by the Functional and Utility Program entitled "Construction of the penitentiary pavilion C with accompanying infrastructure in the Prison in Czarne", developed at the request of the Prison in Czarne by TP-PROJEKT Biuro Projektów i Obsługi Inwestycji Tomasz Pałka, Eng., Wodociągowa 3b/5, 78-400 Szczecinek with attachments, hereinafter referred to as PFU. The scope of the task includes, m.in:
1) execution of design work;
2) demolition of the existing accommodation building of inmates C with partly brick and partly metal construction (combined metal containers);
3) in place of the demolished building, the construction of a new pavilion C for accommodation of inmates for 260 people;
4) construction of accompanying infrastructure, including:
(a) pavements and internal roads;
(b) internal fencing of the pavilion;
(c) walking areas for detainees;
(d) a sports field for detainees;
e) outdoor gym for inmates;
(f) outdoor lighting;
(g) external connections and installations (water and sewage, rainwater, energy, heating, IT, teletechnical, etc.);
h) technical and protective safeguards;
(I) development of green areas;
5) complete equipment of the completed building and accompanying facilities.
3. Description of the requirements for the subject of the contract
The scope of the contract includes the execution of design and construction works, in particular:
1) Inventory of the actual state of the area intended for demolition and construction.
2) Agreeing with the Ordering Party on the type and scope of demolition and construction works and the schedule of their implementation.
3) Execution of a complete construction project: land development plan, architectural, construction and technical projects necessary to obtain a demolition and construction permit and the implementation of the entire task.
4) Projects should be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations, the functional and utility program and the requirements set by the Ordering Party.
5) Obtaining all required building permits, arrangements for connections.
6) Execution of complete demolition, construction and installation works described in the prepared construction projects, in accordance with the scope indicated in the procurement procedure.
7) Development of the area around the completed building and facilities.
8) Equipment of completed buildings and facilities.
9) Approval for operation of a goods and passenger lift by the Office of Technical Inspection
10) Obtaining a decision on the permit to use the completed building and construction works under this contract
4. Requirements for the development of design documentation
As part of the subject of the contract in the scope of developing design documentation, the contractor will prepare a complete construction project (land development project, architectural, construction and technical design) including:
1) Preparation of a land development project and an architectural and construction project to the extent necessary to obtain a final administrative decision on a building permit with obtaining arrangements, opinions, permits resulting from the provisions – while meeting the requirements contained in the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2351) and the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labor and Technology of June 25, 2021 on the detailed scope and form of the project construction (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1169) and other arrangements necessary to obtain a use permit (5 copies in paper form and in electronic form — CD),)
2) Preparation of technical (executive) designs and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works. Due to the character limit, the other requirements are contained in Chapter IV of the SWZ.
