Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 833, as amended) The scope of the contract includes the supply of electricity for the operation of buildings, public utility facilities and street lighting in the Raszyn Municipality, i.e. to individual points of electricity consumption for the Municipality of Raszyn, ten organizational units of the Municipality of Raszyn and three entities with legal personality, i.e. to: 1) Raszyn Commune with its registered office in Raszyn at Szkolna 2a, 05-090 Raszyn, (including street lighting and other use, listed in Annex 1); 2) Cyprian Godebski Primary School in Raszyn with its registered office in Raszyn at Szkolna 2, 05-090 Raszyn; 3) School and Preschool Complex in Łady, with its registered office in Dawidy Bankowe at 49 Długa Street, 05-090; 4) Włodzimierz Potocki Primary School in Sękocin, with its registered office in Słomin at 5 Wierzbowa Street, 05-090 Raszyn; 5) Kindergartens with Integration Classes No. 1 "Pod Topolą" in Raszyn, with its registered office in Raszyn at Pruszkowska 21c, 05-090 Raszyn; 6) Kindergarten No. 2 in Raszyn "In the Hundred Mile Forest", with its registered office in Raszyn at 43A Lotnicza Street, 05-090 Raszyn; 7) Kindergarten No. 3 in Raszyn "Treasure Island", with its registered office in Raszyn at Poniatowskiego 18, 05-090 Raszyn 8) Kindergarten in Falenty, with its registered office in Falenty, 44 Opackiego Street, 05-090; 9) Kindergarten in Sękocin, with its registered office in Sękocin Stary at 20 Sękocińska Street, 05-090 Raszyn; 10) "Świetlik" Community Centre with its registered office in Rybie at 23 Spokojnej Street, 05-090 Raszyn; 11) Raszyn Sports Centre with its registered office in Raszyn at 30 Sportowa Street, 05-090 Raszyn; 12) Gminny Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalnego EKO Raszyn Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Raszyn at Unii Europejskiej 3, 05-090 Raszyn; 13) "Raszyn Cultural Center" with its registered office in Raszyn at Al. Krakowska 29A, 05-090 Raszyn; 14) Municipal Public Library, with its registered office in Raszyn at Poniatowskiego 20, 05-090 Raszyn. In total, the Ordering Party has designated 275 points of electricity consumption for: lighting of streets, roads and public facilities. All energy consumption points are located in the Raszyn Commune and are operated in terms of distribution by PGE Dystrybucja S.A. and E ON. Poland SA. The total connection power of the new PPE must not exceed 500 kW. The Ordering Party undertakes to notify the Contractor of all changes immediately. The supply of energy must be carried out under the conditions set out in the Act of 10.04.1997. The Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, items 833, 843, 875, 1086, 1378, 1565, as amended) and based on the implementing provisions to this Act, in particular related to the standards of customer service specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on special conditions for the functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93, item 623) and contracts concluded with payers – the model contract (significant provisions of the contract) is attached to the contract description. The list of payers, the list of energy consumption points of their addresses, ordered capacity, billing tariffs and registration numbers assigned to them by distribution system operators (DSOs) is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Contractor will be obliged to sign separate agreements with the Municipality of Raszyn, ten Organizational Units of the Commune (the buyer is the Municipality of Raszyn, the recipient and payer will be 10 Organizational Units of the Municipality of Raszyn in 12 PPE), and three entities with legal personality: the Municipal Cultural Center in Raszyn, the Municipal Public Library in Raszyn and the Municipal Enterprise EKO Raszyn Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the data contained in Appendix No. 1
