Bergen Municipality, c/o the Agency for Sports, would like to procure a lighting control system for floodlights at our outdoor sports facilities. We need a total supplier to carry out the delivery and provide continuing services.

The purpose of the procurement is to be able to remotely control a flood light system in a way that is easy for employees of the municipality, but also in such a way that external users can turn on the lights using the system. Here, external users will be coaches and team managers in organised sports affiliated with Bergen municipality.

In addition, a lighting control system will make energy use more efficient and reduce light pollution in the areas around the flood light systems.

The lighting control system ought to use motivating elements that encourage good and professionally correct follow-up of assignments, activities, and processes. It is important that the lighting control system is easy to use, both for the municipality's employees as the administrator, and for external users. We would like the administrator to have an option not give role access to external users. The system ought to be available through a web browser and on mobile units.
