Sarastia Oy's Procurement Services asks its customers for an offer for company card purchases of motor fuels at gas stations.
Customer-specific company cards must operate in the provider's nationwide network of gas stations, which includes both manned and unmanned fuel distribution points.
The agreement can also be used to purchase other motor-related products and services offered at the stations, such as lubricants, glass washer fluids, urea solution, wiper blades, bulbs, car washes and electric vehicle charging, if the supplier has these to offer.
The tendering process is carried out through an open procedure, on the basis of which a maximum of three (3) highest-scoring contract suppliers are selected.
The contract starts at the earliest when the procurement decision has become final.
The contract period is four (4) years.
Additional questions concerning the tendering process must be submitted in accordance with the tender documents in the Tender Service portal by 15.05.2023 by 12:00.

Motor fuel service station purchases are made with customer-specific company cards, which are subject to a fixed discount (cents per litre) on the daily sales price of the service station. Customer-specific company cards must operate in the provider's nationwide network of gas stations, which includes both manned and unmanned fuel distribution points.
The agreement can also be used to purchase other motor-related products and services offered at the stations, such as lubricants, glass washer fluids, urea solution, wiper blades, bulbs, car washes and electric vehicle charging, if the supplier has these to offer.
The contract period is four (4) years. The contract period begins at the earliest when the procurement decision has become final.
A maximum of three (3) suppliers are selected as contract suppliers.
The estimated total value of the acquisition takes into account the accession of potential customers to the contract. The value is indicative.
