The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1. implementation of the project of the implementation of the modernization of road lighting on the territory of the City of Kutno, together with its arrangement with the local Distribution System Operator - ENERGA Operator SA District Kutno, before the start of installation and the conclusion of an agreement with the DSO on cooperation in the modernization of lighting road and street,

2. disassembly of 4056 pcs of existing fixtures,

Section II.1.4 Cd.:

3. the supply of LED street light fixtures, in accordance with the complex offer,

in place of installation work in the amount of 4056 pcs, having the functionality of a variable power profile and an individual change in the power profile. The programming level of the 24 h cycle power supply supplied should take into account both the requirements of the street lighting standard PN-EN 13201:2016 or the equivalent reference system, as well as the requirements laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007, on specific conditions for specific conditions the operation of the electricity system (Journal of Laws No 93/2007, item 623, as amended),

4. Installation of supplied outdoor lighting fixtures on booms and poles according to “Description of the requirements for performance and functionality of the modernized road lighting system in the City of Kutno” (tables) — Annex No 1 to SWZ, in the quantity of 4056 pcs. ,

5. Installation of power lines (fixture - protection) of approximately 4 m length for overhead line poles and approx. 12 m for cable line poles,

6. mounting security for all fixtures: 4A melt insert,

7. installation of overhead fuse boxes in the amount of 2197 pcs and insulated cable connectors in the amount of 1859 kpl. ,

8. replacement of AL/Cu current terminals for all fixtures on overhead lines (2197 pcs). At the joint on the non-insulated line, use a clamp suitable for mounting on non-insulated lines, with the connector on the insulated line, a clamp suitable for mounting on the insulated line,

9. Supply and installation of 102 pcs of lighting cabinets equipped with control clocks, reactive power compensation systems, R+C surge protection, soft start system and elevation of measurement systems outside the transformer station area,

10. Replacement of booms with galvanized single-arm units for retrofitted fixtures on overhead lines with geometric parameters resulting from photometric calculations of the contractor, fixed on top and in justified cases where mounting on top is impossible to side the pole in quantities 2197 pcs ,

11. equipment and commissioning of the dispatching centre,

12. Measurements of the effectiveness of anti-paralytic protection,

13. performance of measurements of ground resistance and insulation of wires and cables,

14. the performance of lighting intensity measurements for five sections of modernized lighting indicated by the Ordering Party,

15. performance of installed power measurements and cos fi for all upgraded lighting circuits — a clutch meter,

16. checking the continuity of the power cables,

17. the implementation of projects of the temporary organization of the movement with their introduction,

18. execution of post-built documentation.
