Centralization of the disposal logistics of 13 EVS recycling centers in Saarland, divided into 4 territorial lots.

Material flow management includes the recycling, including marketing, of the material flows recorded at the recycling centres, including the associated logistics, i.e. the provision of containers, container exchange and the entire logistical handling (transport including repair, repair and maintenance of the vehicles, all operating resources, handling, planning of different destinations for individual fractions) and the associated tenders, including all for this purpose required ancillary services.

Exceptions are the political groups

• Baumischabfälle,

• Bulky waste (differentiated between residual bulky waste and waste wood content from bulky waste) and

• waste wood of class A1 - A3,

for which only container provision including exchange and transport to the EVS facilities are to be offered by the contractor.
