the purpose of this contract is to carry out general measurement campaigns aimed at providing the agency with the elements necessary to establish the charge for pollution of water of non-domestic origin of industrial-type establishments in the Seine-Normandy basin (Articles L.213-10-2 and R.213-48-7 of the Environment Code)

general measurement campaigns consist of measuring the quantities of pollution components produced by the activity or activities of the industrial site over a representative period of time and determining the units of quantities characterising each activity. The services include a preliminary survey and then a general campaign of measurements, carried out on the industrial site. The services requested under this contract are specified to the CCTP
