The item of the order includes: grubbing carps remaining after tree felling 10 pieces, planting 130 pcs of trees.

— Work should be carried out in accordance with applicable standards, gardening and technical knowledge, arrangements with the Ordering Party in a way that ensures the safety of road lane users.

— The Contractor shall be obliged to remove at his expense any damage that arose in the course of the work or fault and shall be obliged throughout the period of execution of the object of the contract to maintain cleanliness and order on the pavement and roadway.

— The Contractor is obliged to make repairs to the pavement and roadway at his own expense in case of damage during the work.

— Employees of the contractor who perform work for the benefit of the Ordering Party should be dressed in aesthetic work clothes with a visible logo of the company.

— Mechanical vehicles used for operation must be marked with a clear company mark (logo, full company name and address).

— The disappearing works will be notified by the Contractor for receipt to the Ordering Party immediately after their completion on the day of their execution, in order to confirm their implementation.

— The area adjacent to the place where the work is carried out must be ordered on the same day after the completion of all activities related to the performance of a given range of work.

Parameters of plant material:

— trunk circumference measured at a height of 100 cm above the ground surface: the required circumference of at least 16 cm at a height of 100 cm from the ground surface,

— crown shaped in height — minimum 220 cm

— diameter/height of root solid — minimum 60 cm/40 cm

— crown width — minimum 120 cm

— a trunk form, with a clearly shaped straight trunk and an evenly shaped crown and a shaped root solid,

— trees delivered in balot.
