The object of the procurement is the purchase of electricity by 2023. The technical specifications are set out in Annex 1 to the RHAD.

The start of the provision of the service is expected to be 01.03.2023. If, due to a delay in the award of the contract, including possible disputes and legal proceedings in connection with this procurement procedure, it is not possible to commence the provision of the service on the date referred to in this clause, the start of the provision of the service shall be postponed so that the sale of electricity under the contract starts from the first possible full month, taking into account the buffer period of 30 days for the possible change of electricity seller. In such a case, the final date for the provision of the service shall also be postponed for the period for which the provision of the service was delayed, so that, in total, the service will be provided for 12 months or until the maximum capacity has been reached.
