The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate located in the Commune of Przeciszów, where residents live, in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 Waste collection is to take place in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended) and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Malopolska Region.
