In recent years, the Roelof van Echten College has purchased the learning materials through a framework agreement for an external learning resources fund at Van Dijk Education (VDE). The current framework agreement expires on 1.7.2019. The client has therefore decided to outsource the learning materials again. The assignment includes managing and supplying the Roelof van Echten College external learning resources fund in accordance with the Program of Requirements.

The estimated turnover for the 2019-2020 school year for the requested total is EUR 650,000 including VAT per year. The stated amount is only indicative and does not constitute a guarantee for the future purchase pattern. (Purchase) guarantees can in no way be derived from this. The actual scope of the framework agreement may therefore deviate positively or negatively from the aforementioned indication, among other things by increasing or decreasing the demand of the Client and market shifts with regard to the delivery of learning materials.
