The subject of the contract is the supply of computer sets and monitors, hereinafter referred to as "Equipment" divided into parts:
Part I - delivery of 80 computer sets
Part II - delivery of 285 computer sets
Part III - supply of monitors
Delivery of 80 pcs of computer sets1. The subject of the contract within the scope of Part I of the procedure is the supply of 80 pieces of TYPE A computer sets, described in detail in point 1) of Annex 1a to the SWZ constituting the Description of the subject of the contract for Part I of the procedure.
2. The use of the delivered Equipment by the Ordering Party shall not constitute an infringement of copyrights of third parties, in particular, the Ordering Party may not be offered Hardware and software that is registered in the manufacturers' databases as intended for sale or sold to another end customer.
3. The equipment offered on the date of signature of the acceptance report may not be intended by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale.
4. The Contractor declares that the Computer Equipment comes from an authorized sales channel in the European Union. The Ordering Party reserves the right to verify the above requirement with the representative of the manufacturer of the offered solution.
5. The Contractor shall deliver the Equipment being the subject of the contract to the place indicated by the Contracting Entity, in the city of Lublin, on its own and at its own expense, on business days during the office hours of the Contracting Entity, i.e. from 7:30 to 15:30, together with bringing them to the premises indicated by the Contracting entity.
6. Partial deliveries are permitted.
7. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the Equipment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
8. The description of the subject of the contract for part I of the proceedings is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ.
9. The Contractor in the scope of Part I of the proceedings should attach to the bid (in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature) the means of evidence listed in Chapter XI, paragraph 6 of the SWZ
Delivery of 285 pcs of computer sets1. The subject of the contract in the scope of part II of the procedure is the delivery of 285 pieces of TYPE A computer sets, described in detail in point 1) of Annex 1b to the SWZ constituting the Description of the subject of the contract for part II of the procedure.
2. The use of the delivered Equipment by the Ordering Party shall not constitute an infringement of copyrights of third parties, in particular, the Ordering Party may not be offered Hardware and software that is registered in the manufacturers' databases as intended for sale or sold to another end customer.
3. The equipment offered on the date of signature of the acceptance report may not be intended by the manufacturer for withdrawal from production or sale.

Monitor Delivery1. The subject matter of the contract within Part III of the procedure shall be the supply of:
1) 34 pieces – TYPE A monitors described in detail in point 1) of Annex 1c to the SWZ constituting the Description of the subject of the contract for part III of the procedure;
2) 84 pieces - TYPE B monitors described in detail in point 2) of Annex 1c to the SWZ constituting a Description of the subject of the contract for part III of the procedure.

The use of the delivered Equipment by the Ordering Party shall not constitute an infringement of copyrights of third parties, in particular, the Ordering Party may not be offered Hardware and software that is registered in the manufacturers' databases as intended for sale or sold to another end customer.

7. The description of the subject of the contract for Part III of the proceedings constitutes Annex 1c to the SWZ.
8. The contractor in the scope of part III of the procedure should attach to the bid (in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature) the means of evidence listed in Chapter XI, paragraph 6 of the SWZ
