Rehabilitation of the therapy pool
Specialist planning technical equipment acc. Part 4 Section 2 HOAI
A gradual assignment of service phases 1-9 is planned (see § 4.2 of the engineering contract annex). A preliminary study is available, so only parts of work phase 1 should be completed.
The order includes the technical equipment planning according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI
For the renovation of the therapy pool of the Paul Moor School in Landau. Since the specified CPV numbers do not correspond to the scope of services, additional CPV numbers for partial services are mentioned under II.2.2).
The following measures are necessary:
Building:
- renewal of swimming pools,
- renewal of wall and floor tiles,
- renewal of suspended ceiling swimming pool,
- replacement of the window elements,
- renewal of door elements,
- concrete renovation and painting,
- renovation of the adjoining rooms,
- Pollutant remediation if necessary.
HLS:
- Renewal of the bathing water technology according to DIN 19643 (11/2012) for the therapy pool,
- Renewal of ventilation technology according to VDI 2089 (technical building equipment for swimming pools, indoor swimming pools) EU eco-design directive (dimensioning) and RLT directive 01 (energy saving on electricity and heat side); Relocation of the ventilation devices to the roof of the swimming pool, adjustment of the air flow,
- Reconstruction of the heating distributor with speed-controlled heating pumps, control valves and fittings,
- Renewal of hot water preparation in the form of a storage tank charging system for thermal disinfection of the cold and recirculated water that is fed in,
- Renewal of the floor heating in the adjoining rooms with a new floor construction,
- Renewal of the sanitary objects and all water and sewage pipes (10 showers, 4 toilets, 1 urinal, 12 sinks),
- Renewal of the cold water distributor including all fittings,
- Renewal of control cabinet for control technology, same system as ventilation technology.
ELT:
- Renewal of technology, control and control cabinets,
- Renewal of the lighting in the swimming pool and adjoining rooms; Acceptance of existing ceilings required, replacement of cables (exposure to chlorine, embrittlement),
- renewal of technical installations,
- An electro-acoustic system is also provided.
Fire protection:
- Smoke extraction, side rooms via skylights, swimming pool via external door,
- Installation of escape route lights with battery,
- Door to swimming pool area T 30.
