Supply of training and support services to the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO)

The general objective of the framework contract is to improve ECHO partners, staff and others' compliance with ECHO rules, procedures and policies.

The framework contract should fulfil the following objectives for ECHO partners and staff:

1. strengthen knowledge relevant to improving compliance with ECHO rules and policies through classroom training and workshops, online and in presence;

2. provide basic information about the partnership mechanisms and relevant ECHO thematic policies in form of E-learning modules and webinars to increase their general knowledge;

3. update a ECHO partners' website to provide all relevant information necessary to ECHO partners and staff on a day-to-day basis;

4. provide continuous support through a Helpdesk service to answer specific questions on rules and procedures.
