The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the terms governing the subsequent contracts to be awarded for the performance of the following services:

component 1: studies prior to the ZAC creation file,

component 2: operational studies necessary for the ZAC implementation file,

part 3: architectural and urban monitoring services,

Part 4: Public spaces and infrastructures,

Part 5: ad hoc meetings. Place of performance: Site Porte de Tizé, commune of Thorigné-Fouillard.
