Bürgerhospital und Clementine Kinderhospital gemeinnützige GmbH, with its hospital locations Bürgerhospital and Clementine Children's Hospital, plans to procure, implement and maintain a KHZG-compliant patient data management system (PDMS) within the meaning of § 19 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 3 KHSFV

The two facilities Bürgerhospital and Clementine Kinderhospital work separately, but are organized in a common HIS client and bill under one IK number.

The product ORBIS from Dedalus is used as HIS. An overview of the ORBIS software modules in use can be found in tab 1a. ORBIS is hosted and administered by the IT department of the Bürgerhospital. The HIS is operated centrally at one location.

The applications are provided via a Citrix environment. The login to the Windows systems takes place via group user, the login to the application as an individual user.

The aim of this invitation to tender and thus the subject of the tender is the procurement of a KHZG-compliant PDMS in the sense of the above-mentioned funding fact, which, depending on the possibilities of the provider, is to dock onto the existing ORBIS modules through interfaces or through direct integration and thus map a holistic clinical documentation system.

The tender expressly does not cover the replacement of individual or all ORBIS software modules.

In addition, a large number of special systems are used in the laboratory, radiology, etc. sector. The special systems to be connected by the provider are finally listed in the "Interfaces" tab.

The technical installation of the software modules as well as their technical and system-technical administration takes place in the computer center of the Bürgerhospital und Clementine Kinderhospital gemeinnützige GmbH (ff. Bürgerhospital).

The offer must include all services required for a ready-to-use installation of the KHZG software modules. This includes in particular, but not exclusively, the licenses, configured import / export interfaces (if necessary), services for project management, organizational discussions and their documentation, the configuration of the software, the training of users and administrators, the accompaniment of live operation over a period of 50 service days and the support of the customer in the acceptance procedure. The service days for live operation will be distributed to possible levels / locations within the framework of the implementation project in joint coordination. In addition, the client expects an on-site inspection of the respective wards/clinics at the beginning of the project. The results of the inspections are documented in a written protocol. The aforementioned services must be described in an implementation concept.

For details, see Appendix 1 to these procurement documents.
