1. The subject of the order is the delivery of equipment to the 3d scanner, together with assembly and training for the project “Academic Design Center for Development and Cultural Heritage and Art Education”.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, technical parameters, description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation and receipt is set out in the Annex 'OPZ' and the proposed provisions of the contract — Annex 6 to the SWZ.
3. The technical parameters specified in the OPZ Annex are minimum requirements, meaning that the Contractor may offer models that comply with minimum requirements or models with more efficient parameters.

The subject of the order is the delivery of equipment to the 3d scanner, together with assembly and training for the project “Academic Design Center for Development and Cultural Heritage and Art Education”. The object of the order is the delivery of equipment to the 3D scanner, which consists of a texture collection kit of the measured object with the ability to apply color, consisting of a shadeless lighting module and a rotary platform, compatible with the 3d scanner manufactured by Smarttech Sp. z o.o. company based in Łomianki, in the Mikron3D series

Delivery under the framework of the project “Academic Design Centre for Development and Cultural Heritage and Artistic Education” Grant Agreement POIS.08.01.00-00-1033/16-00 of 07.04.2017 under Action 8.1 Priority Axis VIII Cultural Heritage Protection and Cultural Resource Development of the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme 2014 — 2020.
5. The Contractor may submit one offer for the entire subject of the contract.
6. The description of the item of the order should be read along with any changes to the content of the specification, which are, for example, the result of responses to contractors” queries.
7. All requirements set out in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and fulfilment shall be obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 (1) (5) of the Law Pzp.
8. The offered item of the order will be complete and ready for use after installation without any additional purchases or investments on the Ordering Party.
9. The Contractor declares that the delivered object of the order will be new, unreconditioned and free from factory and legal defects and that he has all the required legal certificates and certificates.
10. The delivered item of the order will not be older than six months from the date of manufacture of the equipment.
11. Delivery of the item of the order will be at the expense and risk of the Contractor.
12. The Contracting Authority requires the subject of the contract to comply with the requirements of applicable Polish law as well as the law of the European Union, to be admitted to the market and to have the required valid documents declaring admission to use within the EU, and to comply with other requirements (standards, parameters), defined by the Ordering Party in the SWZ.
13. The subject of delivery must comply with the requirements of Polish standards carrying European harmonised standards or, in the absence of them, European technical approvals, common technical specifications, Polish standards transferring European standards, Polish standards introducing standards international, Polish standards, Polish technical approvals.
