The primary school on Brinkmannstrasse in Bremen-Hemelingen is a two-tier primary school and a W + E (perception and development-delayed) location. It is to be expanded into an all-day primary school. For this, both renovation measures in the existing building and a new building / extension of a cafeteria are required.

For reasons of monument protection, the new canteen is to be built behind the building so that the appearance of the elementary school on the entrance side is not changed. The school (including the basement) currently has a gross floor area of around 3,500 m 2 , The cafeteria should have a gross floor area of approx. 640 m 2 be planned. The rooms in the existing building should basically be preserved in their current form. The subject of this tender is the building project planning services.

Construction costs (KG 300 + 400) of approx. EUR 3.9 million net are estimated for the overall measure.
