The subject of the order is the planting of trees, shrubs, perennials, creepers and onion plants as well as a 3-year care of planted material. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract.

1. The subject of the contract includes:

1) the supply and planting of plant material in park areas in an amount of: 25 trees, 407 shrubs, 30 vines, 194 perennials, 1000 pieces of onion plants;

2) the supply and planting of plant material in communal areas in the amount of: 45 trees, 225 bushes, 25 vines, 280 onion plants;

3) three-year care for planted plant material.

I. Plantings:

The location of planting trees and shrubs in the park and communal green areas as well as the species and number of seedlings to plant in a given location are indicated in the price form attached as Annex 2 to the contract. Details relating to the planting places will be determined in the field as agreed with the representative of the Employer. Date of planting - from the day of signing the contract to 30/11/2019. The Employer provides for part of the planting with the participation of residents (day of the week planned for planting - Saturday). A detailed planting schedule with residents will be provided to the Contractor within 3 business days of the date of signing the contract.

II. Care:

The care covers the period from 1.1.2020 to 30.11.2022. Planting and care of planted plant material must be based on the "Warsaw Greenery Standards Standards" of October 2016 constituting Annex No. 7 to the Environmental Protection Program for st. Warsaw for 2017-2020 with a perspective up to 2023 (The program with attachments is available in downloadable files at: http://zielona.um.warszawa.pl/program-ochrony-rodowiska). Care of planted plant material includes conducting monthly reviews of all planted plant material and the performance of works indicated in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to the ToR).
