1. The subject of the order are:

1.1. development and implementation of the company search engine module (MSWF), which will be billed as a work in accordance with the contractor's offer, as part of the project “Entrepreneur account — online services for companies in one place” implemented under the 2nd priority axis POPC (action 2.1 “High availability and quality of public e-services”);

1.2. modification and development services up to 8,000 man-hours. The cost of an hour will be consistent with the contractor's offer;

1.3. lump-sum (monthly) maintenance services in accordance with the contractor's offer.

Details of the description, scope and conditions of execution of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ — “Designed provisions of the contract to be entered into the content of the contract concluded” and in particular Annex 3 to the contract pursuant to “Detailed description of the subject procurement (SOPZ)”.
