This tender concerns an open procedure for the supply and installation of equipped chalets at harderwijkerweg 343 in Hulshorst, for the benefit of the municipality of Nunspeet.

The contracting authority wishes to conclude an agreement with one contractor for the delivery and installation of 15 equipped chalets, as further described in questionnaire 1.1 of this document.

The contracting authority wishes to have the delivery take place: on 1 September 2022 and the complete delivery, including all installations and connections, must be completed by mid-September 2022. So that the chalets can be put into use in mid-September.

This contract is put out to tender as a whole, there is no question of division into lots.

The contract will be awarded to the Tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender on the basis of the lowest price.

The municipality of Nunspeet wishes to place 15 chalets at harderwijkerweg 343 in Hulshorst. It concerns 10 movable four-person chalets with dimensions between 47 m² and 55 m² with 2 bedrooms and 5 movable six-person chalets with dimensions between 60 m² and 70 m² with 3 bedrooms.

The order includes the delivery, installation and furnishing of the 15 chalets.

The chalets must be delivered by 1 September 2022 and must be delivered fully ready for use by mid-September 2022.
